Ethics in Philanthropy

Ken Berger recently presented at a meeting at the NYU Wagner school regarding Charity Navigator's work and some of the ethical challenges faced by the nonprofit sector.

Great presentation. Right at the very end, Mr. Berger mentions groups that can create performance management systems for "$500" - can you share the name of these groups? I work for a large nonprofit and we are working hard to improve our performance management & metrics systems.
